SQL AG transaction log backups only run on one node

Issue

Using the AG to run separate transaction log backups, only the primary replica node is backing up the transaction logs.
The secondary replica node is not running any operations.
 
Checking the logs from the Job as a ZIP Download from the Job History, the secondary replica node is not visible.
