Issue

  • The controller is unable to read the temperature sensor and reports the following events.

 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-3 Die Temp) is not readable.
 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-4 Die Temp) is not readable.

  • Chassis temperature is too high.. may following by the event.
  • PLATFORM SENSORS.XML section in autosupport reports the PCISW sensors as failed
