Issue

Fresh installation or upgrade of SnapCenter server to the version 4.7 fails if the the SnapCenter Server has internet connectivity
- UI Error
  - The wizard was interrupted before NetApp SnapCenter Server setup could complete
The following errors are logged in the MySQLInstaller_<timestamp>.log> in the temp folder
- Fresh install
  - Package MySQL Server 5.7.38 cannot be installed due to failing requirement
- Upgrade
  - MySQL Server 5.7.36 : No upgrade targets matched 5.7.38.
