Management services update via Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)

Issue

  • Management services update triggered from HCC fails with error message:
    The management services upgrade was unsuccessful. Please ensure your management node has internet access and try again.
  • Management services update with the downloaded package file via HCC doesn't gets past 100% and gets stuck at 100% with description:
    Uploading and validating package...
  • Logs from API (Swagger UI - https://mNodeIP/mnode) collected via GET /logs and Management Logs  (mnode_mnode service logs) collected from HCC will include errors:
    <DATE TIME> ERROR    [services_api.py:1071] 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://akamai.bintray.com/37/.... (omitted for brevity)
