Issue

The metrocluster configuration-settings connection connect command fails whilst configuring the new MetroCluster IP system
 
Example:

ClusterA::> metrocluster configuration-settings connection connect

Warning: This operation configures the connections between partner nodes using
         the interfaces configured for the nodes in a MetroCluster over IP
         configuration. These interfaces cannot be changed after using the
         "metrocluster configure" command.
Do you want to continue? {y|n}: y
[Job 480] Checking the network endpoints from the local cluster.[Job 480] Job failed: Did not receive a "ping" response using the network
addresses "10.1.1.1" and "10.1.1.3" on node "ClusterA-01" in cluster "ClusterA". Use
the "metrocluster operation show" command to view detailed error information.
Resolve the errors, then try the command again.

ClusterA::> "metrocluster operation show
ClusterA::> metrocluster operation show
       Operation: connect
           State: failed
      Start Time: 1/11/2022 08:00:00
        End Time: 1/11/2022 09:00:00
          Errors: Did not receive a "ping" response using the network addresses "10.1.1.1" and "10.1.1.3" on node "ClusterA" in cluster "ClusterA".
