Issue

  • During an ONTAP upgrade of a 2 node MetroCluster, the switchback fails
    Example:
    ClusterA::> metrocluster switchback
                Failed to validate the node and cluster components before the switchback operation.
                ClusterA::ClusterA-01 (non-overridable veto): Unable to communicate with the remote cluster in order to transmit mirror information. Wait a few minutes, and try the command again. For further assistance, contact technical support.
                ClusterA::ClusterA-01 (non-overridable veto): Communication error occurred. Verify that cluster peer connectivity is healthy by running "cluster peer show" and retry the operation.
  • Post-apps upgrade fails to complete
    Example:
    ClusterB::> upgrade-revert show

    1800 post-apps  aborted  Upgrade task ABORTED. Reason: Failed to create Vserver web access entry for Vserver "ClusterB", service "rest" and role "ocum_ro". Reason: This Vserver is temporarily locked from changes while recording the configuration baseline. Try again in a few minutes.
