Mediator installation failing
Installing ONTAP Mediator. (Log: /tmp/ontap_mediator.pgUCbr/ontap-mediator/install.log)
Error: install failed.
Installation failed. Moving log file to /tmp/ontap-mediator-install.log

ontap-mediator-install.log reports following error
