Issue

Fibre Channel adapter x failed
Following is reported in event log
 
[fci.link.break:error]: Link break detected on Fibre Channel adapter .
[isp2400_timeout_7: fci.link.error:error]: Could not recover link on Fibre Channel adapter after 30 seconds. Offlining the adapter
[dsbridge_admin: bridge.removed:info]: FC-to-SAS bridge X.125L0 [ATTO FibreBridge7500N ] S/N [FB7500N000000] was removed.
