Issue

  • Volume was previously deleted
  • Creating volume with same name receives the following error: [vserver: mgwd: mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure:info]: Job "Vol Create" [id 313830] (Create vol_name) completed unsuccessfully: Failed to create the volume in Volume Location Database. Reason: duplicate entry.  (1).
