Issue

Disks are marked as "failed" after a switchover operation due to a disk reservation conflict, which is preventing the correct change of ownership: 

isp2400_intrd: disk.reservationConflict.key:debug]: Device sw1:9.126L514 reported SCSI RESERVATION CONFLICT status. 0 milliseconds ago, the reservation key reported by this device was 200412334456578.
