• Error messages similar to the below are observed in EMS:

• There is a inconsistency reported in the same second:

• Whenever the previous errors trigger, the scrub always finds 64 write signature inconsistencies and triggers a DISK SCRUB PARITY INCONSISTENCY Autosupport:
