Issue

When configuring a new system or expanding an existing configuration 4 node configuration to 8 nodes, an error similar to the below is displayed:

Configure command failed on node "ClusterA-01" in the local cluster. Reason: (Unable to find an HA partner via RDMA Interconnect.). Check the hardware for errorsand make sure all remote nodes are online, then try the command again with "-refresh true"
