Issue

Currently, ONTAP S3 users can only be granted access to all buckets using the FullAccess group. If they want to deny access to several buckets, they must deny the user by modifying each bucket policy with a deny statement.

This enhancement request is to create a way to create groups that allow access to certain buckets to simplify bucket access and restriction.
