Issue

Certificate validation fails when updating an ONTAP S3 server to utilize a CA-signed certificate with one or both of the following messages:

Wed Jul 31 08:18:52 -0600 [cluster-01: ktlsd: ktls.failed:notice]: "The TLS connections have failed several times with remote host '169.254.x.x' in IPspace '4294967294', for which the latest reason given is: OpenSSL: error:0A000086:SSL routines::certificate verify failed."

Wed Jul 31 08:18:54 -0600 [cluster-01: ktlsd: ktls.failed:notice]: "The TLS connections have failed several times with remote host '169.254.x.x' in IPspace '4294967294', for which the latest reason given is: OpenSSL: error:0A000412:SSL routines::sslv3 alert bad certificate."
