Why do I see the message 'We can't find your environment' in BlueXP when navigating to Insights > Observability?

Answer

  • BlueXP > Insights > Observability navigation pathway takes the user to a monitoring console that is intended for monitoring Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) working environments that were deployed through BlueXP and have monitoring enabled.
    • To use this console, deploy a CVO instance from the BlueXP canvas and select to enable monitoring during deployment.
  • If you are already monitoring your environment using Cloud Insights, use your tenant URL or go to the Cloud Insights portal to access your tenant.
