Unable to reach maximum SSD capacity

Issue

It's not possible to reach the maximum SSD capacity mentioned in the documentation.
 
When using auto capacity management getting error:
 
To avoid performance issues minimum added capacity should be 12.06 TB
 
When trying to manually resize an aggregate getting one or more of these errors:
  • To avoid performance issues minimum added capacity should be 12.06 TB
  • Aggregate capacity can be increased only be increments of 64GB
  • Aggregate size must be up to 128 TB

However, when checking the actual status of the aggregate it's clear that it has not reached any limit.
