Unable to log in to BlueXP/Cloud Insights using NSS credentials

  • NetApp Support Site (NSS) credentials

Issue

  • Attempting log in to cloud Insights using NetApp Support Site credentials fails with error.

Oops! Something went wrong.
The provided email address was already registered using the "Sign in with NetApp" option. You’ll need to log in using that option. 
Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.

Example:

  • Attempting log in to BlueXP/Cloud Manager using NetApp Support Site credentials fails with error

Oops! Something went wrong.
The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. 
you'll need to log in with this email address and password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.
