Unable to add Kubernetes Cluster into Cloud Insights

Issue

When attempting to install the agent used for monitoring a Kubernetes Cluster, an error message is encountered stating  the following:
 
 [telegraf] Error running agent: starting processor
processors.execd: failed to start process [/usr/bin/ci_shim]: error starting process: fork/exec /usr/bin/ci_shim:
no such file or directory
