Issue

Various Cloud Manager functions are intermittently failing. Error messages are seen in the Timeline and/or the Cloud Manager Server logs which point to API throttling.

Example message:

An error occurred while discovering HA working environments: The operation failed due to an API throttling error from Microsoft Azure. Either your subscription or the Azure region exceeded the maximum allowed API request rate. Wait a few minutes and then try again
