OnPrem Working Environment shows as failed after SSO updated

Applies to

  • Cloud Manager
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Single Sign-on (SSO)


  • Unable to access OnPrem working environment from Cloud Manager
  • Further, the working environment is marked as "Failed" in the GUI.
  • The following banner errors are indicated when attempting to update the password:
    • Failed to update the ONTAP credentials
    • The password defined in Cloud Manager is incorrect
