Issue

  • Local users and Groups cannot be managed from Computer Management MMC console
  • The error presented in MMC Console:

Unable to access the computer <HOSTNAME>. The error was: Incorrect function

  • Error in EMS log:

secd: secd.unexpectedFailure:debug: vserver (VSERVER_NAME)
Unexpected failure
Error: Get DC Info procedure failed
CIFS Domain Query via LSAR_DS_ROLE_GET_DOMAIN_INFO - Client Ip = <CLIENT_IP> User = <WIN_USER>
  ...
  [  4010] Unable to connect to LDAP (Active Directory) service on <DOMAIN_NAME>
  [  4011] Successfully connected to ip <DC_IP>, port 389 using TCP
  [  4020] Required certificate with CA <CA_NAME> RootCA is not installed
  [  4020] Unable to start TLS: Connect error
