GCP CVO creation page on Cloud Manager does not list the service account that is from a different GCP project than both CM and CVO

Issue

  • GCP CVO creation page on Cloud Manager does not list the service account.
  • The service account belongs to a different project than CVO and CM.
  • Both CVO and CM belong to same project.

Example :

                  Cloud Manager connector is created in GCP project A and GCP Cloud Volumes ONTAP needs to be also  created in GCP project A.

                  But the service account needed to create CM connector and service account needed to create CVO both are in GCP project B.
