Issue

  • When deleting a qtree using '-force true', the command fails to state: Qtree contains files

cluster1::> job history show -id 1601
...
Description: Delete qtree qtree1 in volume
vol1 Vserver svm1
Completion: Failed to delete qtree "qtree1" in
volume "vol1" on Vserver "svm1".
Reason: Qtree contains files.

  • After failed qtree delete job with option '-force true', the MGWD logs in ONTAP contain one or more errors similar to:
