Issue

When trying to add NSS account getting error:
 
Failed to add NSS account
NSS customer type not allowed for this account as there are already NSS Users of different types.
 
The existing NSS account shows up as expired
 
Two different accounts exist for the organization, where some users are listed under each of these accounts.
