Error Deployment template validation failed

Unable to deploy a CVO HA cluster running ONTAP version 9.7 or 9.8 in Azure.
Getting error:

Error: Deployment template validation failed: 'The template parameters 'diskEncryptionSet' in the parameters file are not valid; they are not present in the original template and can therefore not be provided at deployment time. The only supported parameters for this template are 'adminPassword, blobUrl, bootDiagStorageAccountName, coreDiskSize, instanceName, instanceType, marketplaceOffer, marketplaceSKU, marketplaceVersion, networkSecurityGroupId, pageblobStorageAccountContainerName, pageblobStorageAccountIp, pageblobStorageAccountKey, pageblobStorageAccountName, secureTransferRequired, subnetGatewayIp, subnetId, subnetMask, vhdUri, vm1PlatformSerialNumber, vm2PlatformSerialNumber'.
