Issue

When attempting to add an extra capacity license to an existing CVO the Connector displayed
 
ERROR E999 A SYSTEM ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
IF THE ERROR PERSISTS, PLEASE CONTACT NETAPP SUPPORT AND PROVIDE ERROR CODE E999. THANK YOU
 
On the CVO CLI, when listing the licenses, the specific license may show with Owner: none
