Issue

Creating a new volume in Cloud Manager produces a red banner error- An error occurred while creating volume: undefined
 
Example from the events in the Timeline section of Cloud Manager:
Error: Couldn't perform action Create Volume, because there are ongoing operations which might interfere with it
 
After a few minutes however, the Timeline in Cloud Manager may show the volume creation as successful.
