Connector is showing as Inactive in the Cloud Manager GUI

Issue

  • When expanding the Connector drop down, the connector in question is grayed out and shows Inactive.
  • However, when checking via the local UI (Cloud Manager IP in the URL), the connector is visible and available to click on.
