Cloud Secure Agent security key is expired, rekey failed to renew

  • Security key in the CloudSecure Agent expired and failed to renew due to an issue in CloudSecure
  • This causes Data Source Collectors in Agent box to loos connectivity to ONTAP systems
  • Data Collector error:

    “Error: Failed to determine the health of the collector within 2 retries, try restarting the collector again (Error Code: AGENT008)”.

  • Below procedure is a manual way to fix the issue by editing the password for the Data Source Collectors
