CBS interface not loading in Cloud Manager after applying HTTPS cert

Issue
- An https cert has been added to Cloud Manager, but when entering the CBS interface, the GUI is blank and won't show the Backups list.
- Further the following is displayed in the GUI
- Another indication CBS is having problems is the link between the CVO instance and the designated S3 bucket is notably absent
