Issue

  • Access to Cloud Manager Local UI fails with error message Failed to initialize UI.  Cannot read property 'accountid' of null
  • Access to SaaS UI succeeds but working environment is not shown and connector is in inactive state
  • server.log from OCCM ASUP log reports repeated authentication-related errors

ERROR [Report all CVOs statuses      ]  Got a failure: com.netapp.oncloud.simplicator.client.common.SimplicatorAuthenticationException: Invalid ONTAP credentials

ERROR [Token Generator               ] invalid_client. Not authenticated com.netapp.oncloud.simplicator.client.common.AuthenticationException: invalid_client. Not authenticated

  • Error message from Cloud Manager:

An error occurred while retrieving working environments: Ask timed out on [Actor[akka://oncloud/user/TokenGeneratorActor#-xxxxxxx]] after [20000 ms]. Sender[null] sent message of type "com.netapp.oncloud.occmAsService.TokenGeneratorActor$GetToken$".
