"POST:/account/account/...file-explore/start not found" error when trying to restore

Issue
When navigating to Canvas > Backup & Restore menu > Selects 'View Restore Dashboard' > Selects 'Restore Files or Folder'
option from 'Browse & Restore' menu > Selects volume 'vol_01' > Selects backup 'daily.2002-10-02_0040'
Gets error:
POST:/account/account-xxxxxx/providers/cloudmanager_cbs/api/v2/sfr/volume/xxxxx/xxxx/start not found
