Issue

SecD application doesn't have sufficient memory to complete operations and drops requests.  
EMS message can be seen
[secd.rpc.server.request.dropped:error]: RPC "secd_rpc_auth_extended" that was sent from "NBLADE_CIFS" was dropped by SecD due to a lack of memory space.
