CONTAP-108271: The Display Path in the SMB RENAME Fpolicy notification shows old file name

Issue

After a SMB file rename operation, the FPolicy notifications generated for the RENAME and subsequent GETATTR and CLOSE of that file contain the old file name in the Display Path (complete SMB path including the \\cifs-server-name\share-name\directory-path\file-name).
