"vserver peer create" is incomplete for over 10 hours

Issue

  • ONTAP creates vserver peer by following command:
clouster1::>vserver peer create -vserver cluster1_svm1 -peer-vserver cluster2_svm1 -applications snapmirror -peer-cluster cluster2
 
  • After 10 hours, vserver peer is still incomplete:
cluster1::>vserver peer show-all
