Description

  • In cases of motherboard replacement, it is possible to have the new motherboard come with the date set incorrectly.
  • If the new motherboard has an incorrect date, there is a possibility that the Common Internet File System (CIFS) protocol can have issues after boot or storage giveback.
  • This can happen because the new motherboard RTC is not set correctly or the RTC coin-cell battery has been replaced.
