Issue

  • System was decommisioned and put into storage for more than three months
  • After power on at new location multiple disks fail and one node fails to boot with panic:
PANIC: Unrecoverable metadata block (file 15023, block 41013527, fbn 27650048, level 1, file type 16) in aggregate aggr1.
