Real-time clock battery voltage is below normal

Issue

  • EMS reports RTC battery error.

[node1: env_mgr: monitor.rtcWarnLowPower:error]: Real-time clock battery voltage is below normal (2880 mV).

  • System fixs the RTC battery error automatically, but EMS keeps reporting Real-time clock battery voltage is normal.
