Issue

  • The node fails to boot due to error below:
PANIC  : make_dev_sv: bad si_name (error=22, si_name=)
  • Upgrading BIOS fails with error below:
There appears to be valid data in the NVRAM.  You must boot Data ONTAP in order to flush
the NVRAM to disk, and then cleanly shutdown the filer with the halt command.
*** command status = Error(-1)
