AFFA220 shuts down with battery not charging alerts:

Event logs: 
Record 406: Sun Apr 07 15:34:18.550000 2024 [IPMI.emergency]: env_mgr triggers OS halt:Battery not charging

Record 408: Sun Apr 07 15:34:55.000000 2024 [Controller.notice]: Appliance user command halt.
Record 409: Sun Apr 07 15:34:53.680000 2024 [IPMI Event.critical]: System power down
Record 410: Sun Apr 07 15:34:54.030000 2024 [IPMI.emergency]: Data ONTAP initiated shutdown
Record 411: Sun Apr 07 15:34:54.030000 2024 [Trap Event.critical]: hwassist abnormal_reboot (28)
