Issue

switchback-simulate failed to validate the node and cluster components before the switchback operation

cluster1::*> metrocluster operation
show
       Operation: switchback-simulate
           State: failed
      Start Time: 10/24/2022 10:09:47
        End Time: 10/24/2022 10:10:24
          Errors: Failed to validate the node and cluster components before the switchback operation.

        cluster1 (non-overridable veto): The Vserver configuration state was set to "degraded" because configuration replication
failed. Reason: MetroCluster Vserver stream operation failed. Run the "metrocluster vserver show -configuration-state degraded
-fields corrective-action" command to view detailed recovery information. The configuration replication operation will be retried
and the Vserver configuration state might change.

cluster1::> metrocluster vserver show

Cluster: cluster1

                            svm1-mc                         degraded
  Corrective Action: Resynchronize the configuration using "metrocluster vserver resync" command. Contact technical support for assistance if configuration-state does not change to healthy.
