Issue

MetroCluster negotiated switchover fails with the below veto:

MetroCluster:*> metrocluster switchover

Warning: negotiated switchover is about to start. It will stop all the data
Vservers on cluster "xxx" and automatically re-start them on cluster "xxx". It will finally gracefully shutdown cluster "xxx".

[Job xxx] Aborting the switchover operation...
[Job xxx] Job failed: Failed to validate the node and cluster components before the switchover operation. Use the "metrocluster operation show" command to view detailed error information. Resolve the errors, then try the command again.
