MetroCluster IP Mediator installation fails, but the Mediator service is running. The following entries are seen in the MetroCluster Mediator installation log:

[2020-11-13 16:39:56] The ontap_mediator service is running
[2020-11-13 16:39:57] /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.stI3wz: line 262: validate: bad array subscript
[2020-11-13 16:39:57] warning: %post(ontap-mediator-1.2.0-3.el8.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
[2020-11-13 16:39:57] ontap-mediator install returned: 0
[2020-11-13 16:40:03] mediator services started
[2020-11-13 16:40:03] The ontap_mediator service is running
