Issue

A new or pre-existing SnapMirror relationship with a Cloud Backup destination endpoint can cause a vserver replication to persistently fail.

Cluster Name : ClusterA
Vserver    :svm1
Partner Vserver    : svm1-mc
Stream    : fcdaca51-7b8f-11e8-abc9-00a098d9dec8
Configuration State    : degraded
Corrective Action    : Resynchronize the configuration using "metrocluster vserver
resync" command. Contact technical support for assistance if configuration-state does not change to healthy.
