DR CONFIG REPLICATION FAILED - Service not supported custom allowed address lists

Issue

After upgrading one cluster, the second Switchover not possible, because Configuration Replication Failed: 
 
        Failed SVM: svm_name (degraded)
        Failed Reason:
    Apply failed for Object: vs_service_policies_view Method: baseline. Reason: Internal error. Failed to update service policy "veeam". Reason: Service "servise-name" cannot be added to service policy "veeam" on Vserver "svm-mc" with allowed addresses "1.1.1.1/32" because this service does not support custom allowed address lists. Try the command again without specifying an allowed address list and the system will supply an appropriate setting. Use the "network interface service-policy show" command to review the state of the policy. Retry the command, if necessary.
