CONTAP-47212: SVM DR delete fails if the relationship is released from Source during the conversion of FlexVol relationship to SVM DR relationship

Issue

Deleting SVM DR fails with the following error :

command failed: Deleting the SnapMirror relationship is not allowed because is it currently being converted from a FlexVol relationship to a Vserver relationship or the conversion process has been initiated. If the conversion is in progress, Wait until the operation completes and try the delete operation again or if the conversion was started and currently Idle, retry the conversion operation using "snapmirror resync"
