Issue

  • Backup software receiving snapdiff errors when trying to index two snapshots, causing index to fail
  • Error:

SnapDiffNext Failed to get the next set of snapdiff items (snapdiff-iter-next). Error returned:[14483][I2P lookup failed]

snapdiff.zapi.abnormal.abort:debug]: Encountered unexpected Manage ONTAP error while computing differences between Snapshot copies.
