Issue

  • Interactions (e.g. clicks) with System Manager UI elements fail
  • Error:  User is not authorized
  • The affected user account in Active Directory (AD) is disabled shortly after
  • Domain user authentication with One-Time Passwords (OTP) is enabled to login to System Manager
