CONTAP-261191: Editing a LUN in system manager greater than TiB shows rounded value which is wrong

Issue

LUN size when viewed in the edit window shows a rounded value for the current size. This size does not match what is seen elsewhere for the LUN size in System Manager or in the ONTAP CLI.
