Different FC ports offline after ISL misbehaving because of errors

Issue

  1. In sysconfig -a we see following:
    1. Many FC ports offline

Link Data Rate: N/A
Switch Port: ??

  1. On switch side the ports showing   TX Power: -40.0 dBm (0.1 uW)
  2. In Event log show we see the errors:

  1. Switch showing the ports connected to all FC ports to be in No_Sync state showing Switch not ready for F or L ports
  2. ISL ports showing errors
